How To Book Williton Pavilion
Step1: Check the Events Calendar to confirm availability.
Step 2: Read the Booking Charges document found in the link below.
A deposit may be required to secure the booking; for further details see below.

Step 3: Use the Enquiry Form below to make your request. We will get back to you to confirm availability and hiring within 2 working days.
Please note the following points:
- allow time before & after your event for preparation & clearing up
- provide the date(s) & times you would like
- indicate what facilities within the Pavilion that you will require
- ensure that you provide a valid email contact address
- ensure that you complete all fields marked with *
Please phone the Clerk to the Charity on 01984 633979 if you wish to discuss hiring the hall for a special occasion, a business event, or for more than 48 hours, or if you intend to sell alcohol.
Step 4: When you receive the Hire Agreement from us, please complete this & return to the address provided on the form together with your deposit
- Please remember to fill in ALL fields on the enquiry form.
- If your form has been correctly filled in you will be returned to a thank you page on the website.
- You MUST complete all fields marked with an asterix including the security code
