How To Book Williton Pavilion

Step1: Check the Events Calendar to confirm availability.

Step 2: Read the Booking Charges document found in the link below.

Pavilion Hire Charges 2019/2020

Step 3: Use the Enquiry Form below to make your request. We will get back to you to confirm availability and hiring within 2 working days.

Please note the following points:

  • allow time before & after your event for preparation & clearing up
  • provide the date(s) & times you would like
  • indicate what facilities within the Pavilion that you will require
  • ensure that you provide a valid email contact address
  • ensure that you complete all fields marked with *

Please phone the Clerk to the Charity on 01984 633979 if you wish to discuss hiring the hall for a special occasion, a business event, or for more than 48 hours, or if you intend to sell alcohol.

Step 4: When you receive the Hire Agreement from us, please complete this & return to the address provided on the form together with your deposit
